Four business meetings each year are scheduled in March, April, September and October. Two social meetings each year are the annual Installation of Officers and Christmas Reception in early December and the annual Golf Outing in June.

Four Officers see to the daily operations: President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Executive Secretary. Three Directors contribute their expertise to the operations: 1st Year Director, 2nd Year Director and Associate Director.

Candidates for office are elected at the annual meeting in October each year to serve one year terms. The Associate Director is elected for a three-year term and is nominated from the ranks of the Associate Members once every three years.

Regular Member – A voting member who is an active equipment distributor representing at least one major equipment manufacturer (OEM).

Associate Member – A non-voting member whose products and/or services support the business of the Regular Members.
